*Note* The Weekly Special Rate for the first week will be the rate listed on the Rates Page. For the second and subsequent consecutive weeks during an uninterrupted extended stay, units having a first week rate of $180 plus tax or more will be $15 plus tax less than the first week rate for that unit and units having a first week rate of less than $180 plus tax will be $10 plus tax less than the first week rate for that unit.
Deposits: There is no deposit as such for Weekly Specials, i.e., we do not hold any amounts to be returned when the stay is completed. However, to hold units in advance for long term stays, we do require a non-refundable deposit in an amount equal to the first week, including tax. The desposit covers the first week once the guest arrives, but it is not returned in the event of cancellation.
